Is there a membership fee?
Membership is $49 for one year per account, with as many dates as you like. It does not renew automatically: we email you before your year ends. Flowers and delivery are paid separately for each date, at regular prices. The first 50 members never pay the membership fee, for as long as they stay members.
How do I pay for each delivery?
A week before each date, we email you a link to order the arrangement you chose. You pay for the flowers and delivery at checkout on ecoroses.com and choose the delivery time there. We never ask for card details by phone, text or chat.
Can I change, skip or cancel?
Yes. Reply to your reminder or text the studio to change the arrangement or card message, skip a year or cancel. Flowers are fully refundable until production starts two days before the date.
Which dates are included?
Birthdays, wedding, dating, engagement and first-date anniversaries, name days, work anniversaries, remembrance dates, personal milestones and other personal dates you name. Holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are not part of Concierge.
Where do you deliver?
Across Los Angeles, within 50 miles of our studios in Glendale and North Hollywood. Delivery is charged by distance, as on every Ecoroses order.
