Delivery Policy

Ecoroses does not ship flowers by carrier. Every order is hand-delivered by our team from our studios in Glendale and North Hollywood, so your arrangement arrives exactly as our designers created it.

Delivery Area

We deliver within 50 miles of our studios in Glendale (6728 San Fernando Road, Glendale, CA 91201) and North Hollywood (12901 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606), across the San Fernando Valley, the Foothills, Central LA and the Westside. See our Delivery Areas page for the full list of neighborhoods. We do not deliver outside this area.

Same-Day Delivery

Order by 5 PM Monday through Saturday, or by 4 PM on Sunday, for same-day delivery. For addresses toward the outer edge of our delivery area, we recommend ordering before 3 PM.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are made during studio hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–7 PM, Sunday 9 AM–6 PM. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. If your delivery is time-sensitive, call us at (747) 215-6069 before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees start at $20 and are based on distance from our studio. Your exact fee is shown at checkout before payment. Pickup at either studio is always free.

Sympathy and Funeral Flowers

Please allow one day of preparation for sympathy arrangements. For funeral or memorial services with a set time, call (747) 215-6069 so we can coordinate directly with the venue.

If the Recipient Is Not Available

If no one is available, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor, concierge or front desk, and we will notify you. If a safe drop is not possible, the arrangement returns to the studio and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.

Hospitals, Offices, Hotels and Gated Communities

Deliveries to these locations are made to the front desk, reception or security. Please include the recipient's phone number and any gate codes or suite numbers.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check the recipient's address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, and redelivery to a corrected address may carry an additional fee.

Flower Substitutions

Each arrangement is designed with the freshest blooms available that day. If a specific flower or color is unavailable, our designers will substitute blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the style, palette and feel you chose.

Holidays

On Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other peak holidays, deliveries run throughout the day and specific time requests cannot be accommodated. We recommend ordering early.
